Participants of the Six Invitational APAC LAN Qualifiers determined
The first stage of the APAC Six Invitational Qualifier is done and dusted. Four teams advanced to the LAN tournament that will take place in mid-January.

Each of the four APAC sub-regions had a separate online qualifier. The Japanese competition concluded with the 2-0 victory of Pro E-Sports Team NORA-Rengo over Father’s back. Mantis FPS won the South Korean qualifier after taking down RabbitCafe in the grand final. Team CryptiK took the victory in the tournament hosted in South-East Asia, while Mindfreak qualified through the competition organized for teams from Australia & New Zealand.

On January 13-14th NORA-Rengo, mantis FPS, Team CryptiK and Mindfreak will meet in the ESL Studios in Sydney, Australia in order to determine who will represent APAC at the Six Invitational 2018. Only the winner of the Six Invitational APAC LAN Qualifier will advance to the tournament in Montreal, Canada. However, winner of the LAN Qualifier will not be the only team representing APAC at Six Invitational. Team eiNs have already qualified for the tournament by winning Rainbow Six Pro League Season 3 in APAC.

Six Invitational 2018 will be the biggest and the most international Rainbow Six: Siege competition ever. 16 teams will be competing for a prize pool of $500,000 and the title of World Champion. The tournament will take place from February 13th-18th. Find out more about the upcoming Six Invitational here.
